The Certificate issued will state the:

	Date of Completion
	Property Address
	Builders Name and Address
	Areas Flexitray membrane was applied
	Signed by Contractor or Representative of Flexitray

GUARANTEE: FLEXITRAY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD hereby guarantee the workmanship of the application of the membrane for a 7(seven) year period.
