FLEXITRAY 102
Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane Flexitray 102 is a waterbased neoprene rubber coating reinforced with silicaceous aggregate.

Description

	Provides a flexible, seamless membrane.
	Capable of accommodating expected structural movement.
	Fully compliant with AS 3740 and AS 4858. "Waterproofing Of Wet Areas Within Residential Buildings".
	May be used under cement base tile adhesives which meet requirements of AS 2358:1990.
	Non Toxic, potable membrane.

BLACKSEAL
Water Based Bitumen Emulsion for Retaining Walls.

Description

Blackseal is a water based bitumen emulsion reinforced with a rubber latex, to give it good flexibility. Blackseal can be used for waterproofing in the following situations (all applications are to be carried out on side of water ingress):

	Retaining walls
	Planter boxes
	Terracotta pots
	Gutters

DAMPSTOP
Two component water borne epoxy, for controlling rising damp.

	Used as internal concrete sealer. Concrete floors.
	Forms an impervious oil resistant , non dusting surface to prevent rising damp.
	Can be painted over with conventional paints.
	Excellent adhesion to damp or dry surfaces.
	Non toxic, non flammable.

PONDSEALER
Clear and colored sealer, designed for fish ponds and water features.

	Tough elastomeric material will remain watertight under permanently wet conditions.
	Permanently elaxtic to accommodate structural movements.
	Safe for fish and plants.
	Excellent adhesion to substrates.
	UV stable.
	Non toxic, suitable for use in collecting or storing drinking water.

MEMBRYL
Waterborne elastomeric waterproofing membrane for concrete structures and concrete roof areas.

	Long term weathering performance.
	Wide range of durable colors.
	Fungal and algal resistive, extended life and clean appearance in high humidity environments.
	High adhesive strength, no primer required.
	Resistive to impact and light traffic damage.
	Allows substrate to breathe.
	Fire and flame resistant.

MEMBRYL HVT
Tough, flexible membrane outstanding weathering and UV stability. For exposed concrete decks, flat roofs, gutters, parapets and walls above grade.

	Elastomeric waterproofing membrane
	UV stable.
	Ability to breathe. This prevents blistering by moisture trapped beneath the coating.
	Excellent solar reflectance.

BARRICADE RGB
Waterborne anti-graffiti coating, has a specialised polymer system providing a clear barrier against graffiti and other pollutants.

	High pressure steam cleaning, hot water or an ammonia based cleaning agent completely remove graffiti and coating, leaving substrate clean and ready to be recoated.
	UV and weather resistant whilst allowing the substrate to breathe.
	Contains dry film fungicide to inhibit biological growth.
	Resistant to wide range of graffiti.
	Does not alter the appearance of the surface such as stone and brick.
	Removal does not damage the surface.

Can be used on Natural Australian Sandstone, Natural Sandstone, Reconstituted Stone, Rammed Earth, Fibre Cement, Cement Render, Concrete (including Brickwork).

SONOSHIELD SONOGUARD
Polyurethane waterproofing system for vehicle and pedestrian trafficable areas.

	Liquid applied seamless, moisture-cure polyurethane membrane with an integral aggregate surface.
	Tough, continuously elastomeric properties.
	Skid resist textures for safety.
	Used on concrete, cement fibre sheet, plywood and incidental metal on car park decks, roof top gardens, balconies, ramps, pedestrian walkways, entertainment areas.
	Top coat UV resistant.

SONOSHIELD HLM 5000
Bitumen modified, polyurethane base waterproofing membrane.

	Cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough membrane.
	Flexible to handle normal expansion and contraction of substrates.
	Used on exterior below grade concrete and between concrete slab applications, planter boxes.
	Tough and durable.

MASTERTOP 1090
Indoor, economical floor sealer and primer, an advanced solvent based, epoxy resin.

	High penetration into substrates, with a glossy, easily cleaned, smooth finish.
	Suitable for warehouse floors, workshops, light manufacturing facilities, new concrete, dustproofing.

MASTERSEAL 556
Two component flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane. Advanced acrylic polymers combined with cements and special fine fillers achieve a flexible waterproof membrane.

	Resistant to freezing and thawing.
	Recommended for all climates.
	Remains flexible at very low temperatures.
	Tough and durable.
	Suitable for balconies, wet rooms and kitchens.
	UV Resistant.
	Poatable Water Certification.
	Can be tiled over next day.
